STEP #1: Make sure you are eligible for the position(s) you are applying for -- see below.

1. Eligibility requirements vary by positions:
1. Student Internships:

2. Must be at least 16 years of age.
3. Must be an actively enrolled student and provide Proof of School Enrollment with application; college students must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
   [Some exceptions may apply for certain graduate and training programs]
2. If you have a foreign passport, you must be legally eligible to work in the United States. (If unsure, please consult with your student advisor regarding work eligibility.)
3. Must meet all legal and company requirements regarding drug screening, security clearance, criminal background, etc.
4. Must be able to work in state/city where position is located.
5. Must be able to work at least 10-25 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer, depending on position requirements.

STEP #2: Review the Get Ready to Apply checklist.

2. It is required for you to submit the following documents, preferably with your application to avoid delays in processing. You will not be considered for any intern position without them. They must be submitted in Word or PDF formats. The filenames must have only letters, numbers, or the underscore character in them.
   • Personal Resume
     Required for all applicants.
   • Proof of School Enrollment (such as copy of class schedule or DMV Certificate)
     Required for Student Intern applicants: College students must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours

Be sure to have them available before you begin. If you are not able to upload either document in the application, you can send them via email or fax.
